Elena studied Law at Kings College, London and started her accountancy career at KPMG where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW. Elena continued with KPMG for 6 years, until she founded Fiducicorp in 2012. As Managing Director, Elena has over 18 years’ experience in international tax structuring, property and family tax planning and specialises in tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and property transactions.
Sophia Ciccone
CORPORATE AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Sophia joined Fiducicorp in 2015 and now heads up our Corporate Governance and Compliance team. Sophia’s main focus is ensuring corporate entities are well maintained and compliant with statutory obligations and the UK Companies Act. Sophia has developed expertise in all Corporate Secretarial functions, has advised on multiple complex corporate restructurings and manages all Companies House filings.
Matthew Howells
SENIOR TAX AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Matt is a chartered accountant with ACCA with over 25 years’ experience in industry and professional practice. Matt became a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) in 2016 after completing his examinations with the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT). Since early 2020 Matt has been working with Mayfair and West End based firms providing high level technical compliance advisory services to both corporate and private clients.
